FOR RENT / SALE INFORMATION
Application for Approval
The Georgian Condominium Association requires the following information to process the background check and the approval process of prospective lessees or buyers.
~ Copy of the Contract (Rental or Purchase).
~ Completed and signed Application for Occupancy form for each of the applicants in legible handwriting and black ink. This application needs to be sent to: thegeorgiancondo@yahoo.com
~ If a realtor is managing the purchase, please include the realtor's name, email address, and phone number with the application.
~ Copy of government-issued ID with picture. If you hold a foreign passport, please also provide your residency status.
~ Non-refundable screening fee: $150.00 per person. Cash or check.
If the lessee or buyer is unable to submit the necessary information to conduct a full screening, the application will not be accepted.

Important Considerations
~ The Association has thirty (30) days from the receipt of notice and all required information to approve or disapprove the proposed resident.
~ The Association has fifteen (15) days from the receipt of an expedited request to approve or disapprove of the proposed resident.
~ The Association shall provide the Unit Owner with written notice of its decision within the specified period.
~ The Office receives many applications; thus, applications will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis.
~ If an expedited process is needed, an additional charge of $100.00 will be collected.
Please note that, according to our legal documents, a condominium unit is intended for use only as a Single-Family Residence. No transient tenants may be accommodated. Rent-Sharing and subleasing are prohibited.
